About Frisco Concrete Team
Frisco Concrete Team is a request service for concrete work at Frisco homes. You describe the job, and a local, independent concrete contractor calls you back and gives you an estimate in writing.
How this works
This website collects requests for concrete projects in Frisco and sends each one to an independent contractor who works in the city. The contractor calls you, visits, prices the job and, if you agree, does the work under their own business.
We are not a national directory and we do not auction your request to the highest bidder. One contractor gets it, and they know they are expected to call back promptly and quote in writing.
The site is run separately from any one contractor's business, so the information here stays general and useful whether or not you end up hiring through us.
Why focus on Frisco
Frisco has its own pattern of concrete work. Most homes are recent, many have post-tension slabs, nearly every street has an HOA and the same requests repeat: bigger patios, wider driveways, pool decks and fixes to builder concrete that settled.
Writing for Frisco alone means the information on this site is about the things you will actually run into here, from architectural review to the clay under a new subdivision.
It also means the contractor who calls already knows the city's permit office, the common HOA processes and the soil conditions across Frisco, which saves time on every project.
Who calls you back
The contractors we work with do residential concrete in Frisco and the nearby cities. We do not state licenses, insurance amounts or years in business on their behalf; ask the contractor and they can show you proof of insurance and photos of recent jobs.
If your project is outside what they do, such as a commercial lot or a structural foundation repair, they will say so and you will not be left waiting.
Costs and commitments
There is no fee to send a request or receive an estimate. If you hire the contractor, you pay them directly under the terms you agree, and nothing is added by us.
If something about a request does not go as it should, a missed visit, a price that changes without explanation, write to us. Requests that go badly are the ones we most want to hear about.
What to expect from the call
The contractor will usually ask about size, access, the finish, any HOA requirements and your timing, then set a time to see the site. Short, specific answers help them give you an accurate estimate.
If you do not hear back when expected, tell us and we will follow up.
Contact
Use the request form to reach the contractor. For questions about the site itself, corrections or privacy, write to the email address on the contact page and we will answer.
